Caprino, because of its position and its history, has a double function: the village is the "capital" of Baldo and a balcony over Lake Garda. The urban structure of Caprino today is
enmeshed. The old town centre is the small Piazza San Marco, located on the old Roman directive of Costermano and the finishing straight of the road of Affi. No less than thirteen villages enrich the municipal district. They vary in size, but all tell of the traditions of this village. Some neighbourhoods were inhabited in prehistoric times, the others only in the Middle Ages. Visiting these neighbourhoods is like travelling back in time and discovering corners where you can still feel the magic of the past.

We thought about a site where the main hiking trails could be listed together with walk paths and mountain-biking trails, that meander between coves with beautiful beaches and blooming landscapes between the green lush of the olive trees and the blue of the lake. An invitation for those who love sports in the open air to plunge in the nature of the Veneto side of Lake Garda and its rich hinterland: a multifaceted experience that is never allowed to become boring.
